UPDATE: MLB Signs Lease for $611M Baseball Stadium

WASHINGTON, DC-Major League Baseball signs a 30-year lease for the new baseball park, paving the way for the start of construction of the 41,000-seat stadium. The deal includes the District’s stipulation that development costs not exceed $611 million.
