Bankers Association Stays Put in 121,500-SF Space

WASHINGTON, DC-The Bender Building, the 294,500-sf office property at 1120 Connecticut Ave. NW, will continue to be the home of the American Bankers Association. In a $70-million deal, the organization signs a 15-year lease renewal on its 121,500-space.
