Omnicom Expands Michigan Plaza Lease to 90,000 SF

CHICAGO-The New York-based company takes an additional 24,000 sf in a renewal with Loeb Partners Realty. The tenant’s Ketchum Directory Advertising Inc. public relations and Critical Mass internet marketing groups will join OMD Worldwide, Porter Novelli public relations and GMR Marketing.
