Melrose Cuts 10-Year Pact for Houston's Seventh Shop

HOUSTON-The San Antonio-based retailer lines up 8,600 sf in Harrisburg Plaza, eyeing a store opening in 30 to 60 days. Under the aggressively priced deal terms, the broker says Melrose is paying for its own finish-out.
