COLLEGE PARK, MD-Ground breaks on the 268,800-sf office and research complex that will become the new home of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Center for Weather and Climate Prediction. It is part of M Square, the 128-acre research campus at the University of Maryland.
