Colonial, Tuckerman Buy 20% Interest in Huntcliff Village

ATLANTA-The Birmingham, AL-based REIT and the Purchase, NY-based investment company pay $38.8 million for the 358-unit apartment community. The transaction marks the partners’ second deal in the past eight months.
