KBS Forms REIT to Capitalize at $2B

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-KBS Realty Advisors launches the KBS Real Estate Investment Trust as a non-traded REIT and forms KBS Capital Markets Group LLC as an affiliate to get the new REIT rolling.
