LEAGUE CITY, TX-NewQuest Properties jumpstarts talks for seven acres to add two more restaurant pads and 75,000 sf of office space to the 60-acre Bay Colony Town Center. The impetus is landing Chili's, Taco Cabana and Petco for the second phase.
