211,000-SF Office Facility Sells for $48M

FAIRFAX, VA-High Ridge Corporate Park, the office structure at 3877 Fairfax Ridge Rd., sells in a deal valued at $48.4 million. The 211,000-sf office property last changed hands nine years ago for $23.9 million.
