Trammell Crow Promotes Otis to SVP

PORTLAND-Six months after Dirk Otis returns to the company as vice president of development management, he is promoted to senior vice president. The company has yet to replace former Managing Director Chris Nelson, who left in mid-2002 to form his own development firm.
