$106M Condo Project Tops Out

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Midtown Alexandria Station, a 368-residence condominium project, tops out. Developer KSI Services expects to finish the 16-story property, one of several transit-oriented residential communities it’s developing in suburban Washington, DC, next summer.
