WASHINGTON, DC-Hanley Wood LLC expands its occupancy from 49,000 sf to 68,500 sf in the 227,000-sf office structure at One Thomas Circle. The deal takes advantage of a special clause in its lease that allows the publishing company to expand within the building or look elsewhere without penalty.
