West Elm Signs on for 37,000 SF at Woodies

WASHINGTON, DC-Home furnishings chain West Elm makes plans to open its largest US shop with the signing of a lease for 37,000 sf in the 470,000-sf, mixed-use Woodies Building in Downtown DC.
