Smithsonian Plans $85M Renovation of American History Museum
WASHINGTON, DC-Smithsonian officials announce plans to submit the 750,000-sf National Museum of American History to a major renovation. The project, which includes the construction of a new gallery for the Star-Spangled Banner, will cost $85 million to complete.
