430,800 SF of Spec Office Space Gets Under Way

HERNDON, VA-Tishman Speyer begins constructing three spec office properties, the 184,000-sf Woodland Pointe here and the two-building 246,000-sf Plaza East in Chantilly. The class A facilities are scheduled for completion in May 2007.
