Too Early for Trans-Texas Corridor Bets

DALLAS-A preliminary plan for a $6-billion toll road has yet to factor into the industrial crowd's land buying. Bets will continue to go down in South Dallas until the route is more concrete. Still, industrial dealmakers say the 521-mile plan's definitely a winner.
