Retail, Residential Coming to Cherokee

WOODSTOCK, GA-F&M Investments plans to open the first phase of the 45,000-sf Shoppes of Woodstock by fall. Cliffwood Development anticipates the first of its planned 177 townhomes at Town View Commons will be ready for occupancy by summer.
