Developer Plans 50,000 SF at UNT's Gate

DENTON, TX-United Equities of Houston lands nearly a full block at an irreplaceable corner at the University of North Texas entrance. Seven buildings, with 16 retail tenants, will be razed to make way for University Town Center, all upscale lifestyle retail.
