Whole Foods Signs 55,000-SF Deal

SUGARLAND, TX-Whole Foods Market becomes the first tenant for the 190-acre Lake Pointe Town Center development, inking a 20-year ground lease for 55,000 sf. The project is expected to break ground within the next three months.
