Cedar Fair Pays CBS $1B-Plus for Parks

SANDUSKY, OH-Cedar Fair agrees to pay just under $1.3 billion for the Paramount Parks’ portfolio. In addition to Paramount’s five amusement parks the deal includes Star Trek: the Experience in Las Vegas and 900-plus acres.
