RED's Inroad: $250M Twin-Tower Project

DALLAS-RED Development, eyeing a spring 2007 start, plans to build a pair of 27-story towers on a full city block in Victory's shadow. One tower will be a hotel; the other will be condos. The plan includes up to 150,000 sf of urban retail.
