IDI Maps Out $50M Plan for Houston Inroad

HOUSTON-The industrial developer jumps into the market with a 1.2-million-sf plan to develop the 103-acre Greenspoint Business Park. The first phase is a trio of buildings, totaling 406,380 sf, which will deliver in Q4.
