CNL, Intrawest Set to Close $160M, 515,000-SF Deal

ORLANDO-Locally based CNL Income Properties Inc. contracts to buy 80% of the commercial component at nine national ski resort villages in the US and Canada. One of the properties, Whistler Creekside in British Columbia, is the host venue for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
