Radisson Sale Tops $43M

ORLANDO-Ordevco Hotel LLC, an affiliate of Savannah, GA-based Concorde Finance and Investment Inc., which has owned the 718-room Radisson Resort Parkway since it was built 17 years ago, closes the deal with an undisclosed REIT at $60,585 per room.
