Prime Marbella Tract Near Disney in Play Again

ORLANDO-For the second time in seven years, the family of Donald T. Regan, the late Secretary of the Treasury and former White House Chief of Staff in the Ronald Reagan administration, is selling the 135-acre property one mile from Walt Disney World's front door. The asking price is about $40.5 million or $300,000 per acre. The property was appraised in 2003 at $57 million.
