Franklin Covey HQ Lists for $49M-Plus

SALT LAKE CITY-Franklin Covey sold its 311,727-sf headquarters campus last June for $33.8 million and concurrently leased it back for 20 years. Now that a year has passed, the seller is looking for a $16-million pofit.
