Collins Expands Portfolio With $39M Buy

DECATUR, GA-Collins Group LLC increases its Atlanta portfolio with the acquisition of the 734-unit Treecrest Apartments from Wilwat Properties. Collins now owns approximately 4,000 units worth $250 million.
