JV Plans $1B Mixed-Use Brunswick Waterfront Project

BRUNSWICK, GA-WWW Group Holdings and BriarRose Land Co. contract to buy 110 acres adjacent to the new Sidney Lanier Bridge for an estimated $11 million or about $100,000 per acre, local industrial brokers familiar with the site tell GlobeSt.com.
