Starwood and Related Plan St. Regis in Bal Harbour

BAL HARBOUR, FL-The hotelier’s current Sheraton Bal Harbour will be demolished in June 2006 to make way for the partners’ planned St. Regis Resort & Residences containing 340 residential condos and 300 condominium hotel units.
