Leading Developer Warns of ‘Bubble’

LONDON-Julian Barwick, joint managing director of Development Securities and one of the industry's leading figures, has warned of “an asset pricing bubble” in the retail investment market. The warning echoes growing fears about the implications of a wave of big sales by seasoned developers bagging massive profits.
