$21M House of Blues Comes to Center City

PHILADELPHIA-HOB Entertainment inks a lease for 40,000 sf in the Packard Grande at 15th and Chestnut streets. The venue will include a 500-seat music hall, 300-seat restaurant, plus members-only space.
