Home Depot Plaza Trades for $40M

BENSALEM, PA-Paramount Realty acquires the 300,000-sf strip center from a Kimco/DRA Advisors JV for $133.33 per sf. The property is 90% leased and will gain a 4,000-sf bank branch and $2 million in upgrades.
