YONKERS-City council president Chuck Lesnick tells a business group here that he plans to schedule a key vote on the Ridge Hill Village project for the end of this month. It could determine whether developer Forest City Ratner Cos. breaks ground this fall on the $600-million project or walks away from the venture entirely.
