FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Park Place Car Condo will build a 179-unit facility here and a 224-unit one in North Miami. Climate-controlled units with bathrooms and 24-hour security range from 500 sf to 1,800 sf. Prices begin in the $140,000s.
