Two Baldwin Park Deals Total $150M

ORLANDO-Rock Equities plans to break ground in April on the first phase of Baldwin Harbor, an estimated $100-million residential condo project in the Pritzker family-developed Baldwin Park. In a separate deal, Lexin Capital buys the 220-unit Centergate Baldwin Park Apartments for $50 million.
