Adobe Acquiring Downtown Development Site

SAN JOSE, CA-The software maker agrees to pay $25 million for five acres near its existing 950,000-sf headquarters complex here, which it leases. Currently home to San Jose Water Company, the site could accommodate approximately 1 million sf of office.
