UPDATE: State OKs $110M Plaza Collina

CLERMONT, FL-The Department of Community Affairs gives a thumbs-up to the venture that will bring 1.2 million sf of retail, 200 townhomes, 80,000 sf of retail not connected to the shopping center component and 250,000 sf of other mixed-use space to the area. The Clermont City Council, however, opposes the project, which could total more than 1.53 million sf.
