Simon Acquires Seven Federated Stores

INDIANAPOLIS-Simon Property Group Inc. is purchasing seven retail buildings from Federated Department Stores Inc. The department stores are included in Federated Department's previously announced for divestiture of 80 duplicate locations nationwide.
