Felcor Grosses $530M on Sale of 34 Hotels

IRVING, TX-In its newest disposition, the locally based REIT sells off nine hotels totaling 2,201 rooms to Texas-based Snyder Hotel Group for an estimated $143 million or about an average $15.89 million per property.
