$100M GM-Army Deal Leads to 2,400-Acre Lease

YUMA, AZ-In lieu of rent for the Yuma Proving Grounds' land, GM will build and operate a vehicle-testing facility and pay $10.6 million to the Army to build one for military vehicles.
