Developer Building $17M Townhouse Project in East Dallas

DALLAS-Sphinx Development is prepping 12.2 acres for the 15-building Sphinx at Delafield, a gated complex of affordable housing units. Malone Mortgage funds an $11.4-million loan and Wachovia pays $5.7 million for the tax credits so the project can rise.
