NKF Expands its Midwest Valuation Practice

John Mackris, has joined the firm as a senior managing director and market leader for IL, MO and KS.

CHICAGO—Newmark Knight Frank just completed a significant expansion of its valuation and advisory practice. John Mackris, Bryan Younge, Gil Licudine, Robert Colantonio, Christopher Jarvis have joined the Chicago office, and Shawn Vetter the St. Louis office.

Bringing 21 years of experience to his role, Mackris, has joined the firm as a senior managing director and market leader for IL, MO and KS. Prior to joining NKF, he served as an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield, also serving as a Midwest leader in the firm’s retail specialty practice. Throughout his career he has prepared and performed valuations and market analysis on a broad range of property types including super-regional malls, lifestyle centers, single-tenant retail, industrial, office buildings, mixed-use developments and vacant land, to name a few.
