IRVINE, CA—A team of individuals who have gone full cycle in the industry is positioning Money360 for success, CEO and founder Evan Gentry tells GlobeSt.com. The online lending platform, which launched in 2014, closed more than $56 million in commercial real estate loans in 2015 and more than $67 million in CRE loans to date across the US. In addition, the firm recently appointed John Maute, co-founder of Helios AMC, and Jon Barlow, founder and former CEO of Eaglewood Capital Management, to its board of directors. We spoke exclusively with Gentry about trends in the peer-to-peer lending marketplace, the new board members and the company’s success to date.
