We spoke exclusively with Peterson after his firm’s acquisition of Day Creek Village, a 100%-leased neighborhood shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and the recent ICSC Idea Exchange in Los Angeles to discuss overall trends in the retail sector.
