NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Irvine Co. Office Properties is partnering with premier wellness and fitness providers in each of its markets, and technology will continue to play an increasingly important role, the firm’s SVP Lauren Kelly tells GlobeSt.com. As we recently reported, the firm has launched its flagship KINETIC facility here at Newport Center, which is designed to offer healthcare, fitness and wellness under one roof in a business setting, and plans to expand the concept across California this year. We spoke exclusively with Kelly about how KINETIC works and how it will evolve over time.
