What Industrial Users Need From Cities

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA—It’s not just about the real estate, but the entire package of opportunities, including expansion options, a pro-business community environment and the ability of employers to meet the needs of their employees that industrial users need from the cities in which they’re located, Stirling Enterprises’ VP of asset services and corporate relations Anita Tuckerman tells GlobeSt.com. Tuckerman, who was recently promoted to this position, is directly involved in leasing and asset management for Southern California Logistics Centre and Global Access in Victorville, CA, the master-plan redevelopment of the former George Air Force Base, which includes a number of name-brand tenants. We spoke exclusively with Tuckerman about her new role and her observations about the Inland Empire and the industrial sector.
