SAN DIEGO—Those who have access to credit and those who don’t are creating strength in the land market, Province West’s Marc Kleiman tells GlobeSt.com. The firm has expanded to San Diego with a new alliance with Nathan & Associates out of Scottsdale, AZ, and is bringing on board major industry veteran Eric Weitz, a former executive with Nathan & Associates, to manage Province West’s new San Diego office as VP. We spoke exclusively with Kleiman about the hiring of Weitz and the new alliance, as well as trends in land sales and use.
