SAN DIEGO—The tri-level living home designs of CalAtlantic Homes’ new Sur 33 collection in the Del Sur master-planned community offer the ability to provide homebuyers with the size rooms they are seeking and the ability to efficiently stack the square footage without requiring the homes to be attached, the firm’s San Diego president Bill Ostrem tells GlobeSt.com. The home developer recently announced the grand opening of Sur 33, a collection of six tri-level floor plans offering a host of single-family contemporary-living options. We spoke with Ostrem about the development and how tri-level living fits into today’s housing needs.
