IRVINE, CA—Despite all indicators of a robust market, the markets are watching Washington closely to see if the administration’s agenda will be implemented, Avison Young’s director of brokerage services for Orange County Keith Kropfl tells GlobeSt.com. Kropfl was promoted to this new role in May.

In his expanded role, Kropfl, who joined the firm in 2014 as a principal, will provide overall management and leadership of the company’s Irvine office, lead its Orange County recruiting effort and assist with the implementation of company initiatives. Kropfl and his team will continue with their expanding local and national retail leasing and sales practice.
