Savi Tech Center Acquired by Private Group

IRVINE, CA—Cushman & Wakefield says that the Savi Tech Center in Yorba Linda, CA has been sold. Savi Ranch Property Holdings acquired the four-building, 376,808 square foot office/technology campus situated on more than 19 acres. Jeffrey Cole, Jeff Chiate, Ed Hernandez and Rick Ellison with Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Irvine represented the seller in the transaction.

The campus was 100% leased to five tenants at the time of sale. Those tenants are an assortment of companies across the technology, healthcare, and housing-related industries. More than 80% of the roster was composed of credit tenants. “The project presented a rare opportunity to acquire a sizable institutional-quality, Southern California asset, while the property’s rent roll represents the best of Orange County’s diverse technology tenant base,” said Cole, an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield.
